Open Vacancy: Creative Producer / Creative Lead (Mobile UA)

We are an outsource studio that worked on Star Trek Timelines, Spongebob: Krusty Cook-Off, Narcos: Cartel Wars, Army of Heroes и Dragon World.

Right now, we’re actively ramping up our marketing, and this Creative Producer role will own the creative strategy and the full UA creative production for our mobile games. This is a role about systems, scale, and real impact on performance.

💪 What you’ll be doing:
• Owning the full UA creative cycle: statics, videos, playables — from idea to results;
• Building and evolving the creative strategy, hypothesis matrices, tagging, and naming systems;
• Managing creative production: briefs, sprints, priorities, freelancers;
• Analyzing performance (CPI, CTR, IPM, etc.), running post-mortems, turning data into insights;
• Setting up and optimizing creative sprint workflows, balancing team workload;
• Analyzing competitors and market trends.

🚀 What we’re looking for:
• 2–3+ years of experience in mobile games and UA (hybrid projects are a big plus);
• Hands-on experience with UA creatives: statics, video, playable ads;
• Experience building creative strategies, working with hypotheses, performance analysis; soft-launch experience is a plus;
• Ability to decompose creatives by mechanics and visuals, work with tagging systems;
• Basic understanding of 2D/3D animation (resource estimation and task feasibility) — Unreal Engine, Unity; solid understanding of design and video editing fundamentals;
• Experience using AI tools for creatives (images, video, audio);
• ❗ English level B2 or higher (one of the interview stages will be in English);
• ❗ Russian native.
