Welcome our first guest speaker — Milena Stepanova!

Milena is a psychotherapist and Senior Associate for Healthcare Innovations & International Collaboration at the Moscow Innovation Cluster Foundation, with an MS in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She's trained across several evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, DBT, and behavior therapy.

Her session, "Science-Based Mental Health: CBT and Its Branches, and What Works at Scale," will explore what separates genuinely evidence-based psychotherapy from what isn't — and how individual-level clinical approaches can be adapted to work at a population level.

CAYHIC 2026 - September 28–October 7, free and fully online, for young people who are interested in medicine and health-related fields.
