In our previous post, we covered the use cases for Astro proxies – now let's break down our rotation modes.

The external proxy IP changes according to the selected mode:

1. On a timer.
The IP rotates automatically at a defined interval (from 1 minute).

2. A new IP address for each new connection.
Each new connection receives a new IP address.

3. Manual IP rotation via link or dashboard button.
Link-based control is also available through the API.

What's important to know about Astro proxy rotation:
🔹 one port supports up to 250 concurrent TCP connections;
🔹 rotation rules are set when the port is created, but can be modified anytime by editing the port settings.
