When Lindsay Clancy was on trial a month ago, it wasn't just her that was on trial then, the entire idea that women are functional or sound enough to be able to be treated equally or have the same sorts of rights was also on trial then. That trial was also a mistrial I think, when even two years ago that trial 100% would have been favorable to the equality side of things.
