For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🌸Source deals: Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with global game publishers and developers.
🌸Manage external development: Oversee outsourcing partnerships, work-for-hire contracts, and co-development pipelines.
🌸Drive revenue: Negotiate high-value commercial agreements from initial contact to contract execution.
🌸Analyze markets: Evaluate industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging platform opportunities to pivot strategy.
🌸Collaborate internally: Partner with product, legal, and production teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

💦Experience: Minimum 5 years of business development or strategic partnerships experience within the gaming industry.
💦Platform expertise: Deep understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, monetization models, and store optimization.
💦Sourcing network: A robust, active network of industry contacts across global publishers and developers.
💦External dev acumen: Proven track record of managing external development workflows, outsourcing, or art/engineering services.
💦Negotiation skills: Expert ability to draft term sheets, navigate complex legal reviews, and close six-figure deals.
