YouGo is a platform for compliant global contractor payments and payroll — onboarding, contracts, multi-currency (fiat & crypto) payouts and compliance in one place, so companies can hire and pay talent anywhere without local entities.

The role
We're looking for a confident, talented growth marketer who owns the funnel end-to-end and gets hands dirty from day one. No hand-holding, no "strategy decks only." You'll build the demand engine: SEO, paid, lifecycle, and conversion, working tightly with our outbound/sales motion. If you like turning experiments into a predictable pipeline, this is for you.

What you'll do:

🌸Own the full funnel — from first touch to MQL/SQL — and the metrics behind each stage.
🌸Build and optimize sales funnels and landing pages (CRO), tied to our outreach engine and CRM.
🌸Run SEO — content strategy, technical basics, and topic clusters that rank and convert.
🌸Plan and run paid acquisition - LinkedIn Ads, Google, Meta - with clear CAC/ROAS discipline.
🌸Own LinkedIn as a core channel: organic, paid, and demand-gen for a B2B/founder/finance audience.
🌸Set up lifecycle & email nurture, plus marketing automation and attribution.
🌸Stand up analytics & tracking (GA4, UTMs, dashboards) so every channel is measurable.
🌸Sharpen positioning and messaging for our ICP (founders, CFOs, HR, remote-first teams).
🌸Partner with sales/SDR and content to feed the pipeline; run experiments and double down on winners.

Must-have:

💦Proven track record as a growth/performance marketer in B2B SaaS/fintech.
💦Hands-on experience in payroll, EOR, HR-tech, or cross-border payments (or closely adjacent).
💦LinkedIn marketing & lead-gen experience — mandatory.
💦Strong SEO and paid ads (LinkedIn/Google/Meta) skills.
💦Funnel building, CRO, analytics and attribution (GA4 or similar).
💦Comfortable owning numbers and reporting on CAC, conversion and pipeline contribution.
💦Fluent English.

Nice-to-have:

💦Crypto/Web3 or global-remote/distributed-teams marketing.
💦ABM experience (fits our targeted outbound motion).
💦HubSpot / CRM, Webflow or similar, marketing-ops tooling.
💦Russian in addition to English (part of our audience is RU-speaking founders abroad).
💦Early-stage / 0→1 experience — comfortable being scrappy and autonomous.
