For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🌸Acquiring B2B clients in target markets (Gamedev, iGaming, FinTech)
🌸Build relationships with HRDs, CFOs, Heads of Ops — the people who actually have the burnout and the budget.
🌸The full sales cycle: lead gen, qualification, negotiation, close.
🌸Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
🌸Stay up-to-date with industry trends, international payroll regulations, and competitive landscape.
🌸Represent the company at industry trade events, conferences, and online forums.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

💦5+ years in B2B sales or business development — fintech, SaaS, payments, gaming, or HR tech.
💦A real network in Gamedev/ iGaming/ Fintech industry. Not “I know people” — relationships you can call this week.
💦Track record of going 0 → 1 in a segment.
💦Solid grasp of global contractor payments or cross-border finance — enough to talk to a CFO about it.
💦Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
💦Self-directed. Comfortable in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
💦Fluent in English.
💦Based in Serbia, UAE, Cyprus, UK or Portugal.
