While both views have merit, I believe students should have the autonomy to pursue what they are passionate about.

🟤On the one hand, focusing on practical disciplines can lead to better job prospects and economic development. In a world increasingly driven by innovation, graduates in areas like engineering, computer science, and medicine are in high demand. Some governments even fund STEM education to ensure national competitiveness. As a result, prioritizing these subjects might seem like a logical step to prepare young people for the job market.

🟤However, restricting students to certain subjects may have negative consequences. Firstly, not everyone has an interest or aptitude for science or technology. Forcing them into such fields could result in poor performance and a lack of motivation.
