— Provide market insights and hiring trends

🔍 Who we’re looking for:
— 5+ years of experience in recruitment (tech/IT preferred)
— Proven track record hiring for engineering roles
— Strong understanding of tech roles and stacks
— Hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience
— Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
— Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
