Senator Bernie Sanders has officially introduced the "Act banning Artificial Superintelligence."

Sanders treats AI like a nuclear bomb. But who will define what "superintelligence" is? The experts themselves cannot agree. If you can't define what you're forbidding, it's just a pose.
