🤔 🇺🇸 The US Marine Corps has given Anduril a $15.7 million contract to equip its Amphibious Combat Vehicles with the Pulsar‑L electronic warfare system, a counter‑drone jammer designed to protect frontline units from the kind of small UAVs that have exposed Western armour in recent conflicts.
The vehicle‑mounted Pulsar‑L can detect, track, identify and jam small drones while on the move, using machine‑learning tools that allow it to adapt to new threats without constant software updates. It is already in service with US Special Operations Command and is part of Washington’s wider push to harden its forces against low‑cost drone tactics that have challenged US and Israeli battlefield assumptions.
The Marine Corps has not disclosed how many systems it is buying, but internal procurement notices show the service intends to field Pulsar‑L across its ACV fleet from 2027, citing an “urgent operational need” as drone warfare continues to reshape modern conflict.
