16 декабря: сегодня прошел первый день каппинга лаосского кофе от VERT ALLIANCE.

Для нас это важная точка отсчёта: от этапа переговоров мы переходим к живому, профессиональному диалогу.

Специально на дегустацию прилетели наши партнёры из Лаоса. Вместе с ними мы пробовали лоты разных обработок, фиксировали профили, обсуждали потенциал партий для российского рынка.

Завтра — второй день каппинга.

В ближайшие дни мы расскажем подробнее как проходили сессии, какие лоты показали себя наиболее перспективно,
а также поделимся фото с площадки и короткими комментариями участников.

December 16: Today marked the first day of cupping Lao coffee from VERT ALLIANCE.

For us, this is an important milestone: we are moving from the negotiation stage to a live, professional dialogue.
Our partners from Laos flew in especially for the tasting. Together, we sampled lots processed in different ways, documented their profiles, and discussed the potential of each batch for the Russian market.

Tomorrow is the second day of cupping.

In the coming days, we’ll share more details on how the sessions went, which lots proved the most promising, and we’ll also post photos from the venue along with brief comments from the participants.
