Alexander Motuzov is an industry expert with 11 years of experience, a judge at national barista championships, the founder of a coffee roastery, and the owner of several coffee shops. He is also the creator of the Eastbrew Dripper—winner of the “New Product of the Year” award and an accessory used at a number of brewing championships.

Another key advantage is his academic focus: Alexander is currently working on his PhD dissertation on coffee post-fermentation, which enables him to precisely analyze how processing affects flavor and a lot’s potential in roasting and across different brewing methods.
