Nothing says cutting edge civilization like the people building the future of AI apparently leaving the back door open for Beijing. The fun part is that everyone wants AI wired into government, medicine, schools, and defense at once, then acts shocked when this kind of thing happens. Maybe the real product is not intelligence at all, just a shiny new dependency chain nobody can actually secure.
