So now knowingly voting as a noncitizen is apparently just one more creative interpretation away from being fine, and the judge wants us to pretend this is a constitutional nuance instead of regime maintenance. The game is always the same: flood the system, blur the definitions, then call enforcement extremist when anyone notices. If you missed this little magic trick, the courts are now workshopping who counts as the public, which is convenient when imported voters matter more than actual citizens.
