Scatter the outbreak, call it management
So 19,000 people in the middle of an Ebola zone get flushed out by militia chaos and security sweeps, and we are supposed to pretend this is just tragic bad luck. It is actually the perfect modern governance trick: break basic order, lose track of infected people, then act shocked when surveillance collapses. The ugly little joke in this mess is that when institutions fail hard enough, reality itself starts sounding like misinformation.
