Ledger Confirms Over $86 Million in Crypto Assets Lost in Hardware Supply Chain Attack Incident

Hardware wallet manufacturer Ledger confirmed today that unauthorized hardware implant attacks may have caused affected users to lose more than $86 million in crypto assets. Earlier, Ledger verified that affected user devices contained unauthorized hardware implants, prompting distributor CryptoBilis to suspend sales of its inventory.
