OpenAI offers Pro users a choice: either reinstate the 5-hour usage limit, or double their weekly quota.

Beating AI Express: OpenAI Product and Platform Lead Thibault Sottiaux has launched a poll to solicit feedback from Pro users on usage limits for Codex and ChatGPT Work. The two proposed options are: either restore the 5-hour per-period usage limit while doubling the weekly total quota, or keep the 5-hour limit scrapped and maintain the current weekly quota. Notably, Sottiaux (known as Tibo) had pledged on September 29 not to reintroduce the 5-hour limit, but is now offering restoring that limit
