💢 Kiev residents demand Klitschko's resignation over winter heating fears

Protesters gathered outside Kiev's city administration, accusing Mayor Vitali Klitschko of failing to prepare the capital for winter, Suspilne reports.

With major heating plants reportedly only 50–70% restored, residents fear freezing apartments.

Klitschko denies the accusations, blaming Ukraine's central government of running a campaign against him.
