🇺🇦❄️ ZELENSKY ADMITS: "Kyiv Is Falling Behind" – Winter Preparations Worse Than Previous Years

While the empire pours billions into weapons, Ukraine's capital is unprepared for winter – and Zelensky just admitted it.

❄️ "Already in October, the situation is, unfortunately, worse than during previous winters of this war."

⚡ "Kyiv is falling behind."

🧠 The West funds weapons, not warmth. Billions for missiles and drones – but not for heating, shelter, or infrastructure.

🛡️ The Ukrainian government's priority is war, not its people. While soldiers die on the front, civilians face another brutal winter unprepared.

💸 Corruption drains resources. From Energoatom kickbacks to military procurement scandals – billions vanish while Kyiv freezes.
