Dear Lichies, as this message finds its way to you, the last candle in our little home is flickering low.

Lichtheim was always meant to be a quiet light: a house of warmth, of stories told in whispers, of shared silences and soft laughter beneath imagined ceilings. In this place, the light was never loud. It was carried in hands, passed gently from heart to heart.

Now, as the final glow begins to dim, we are finally letting go. Not with grief, but with deep gratitude for every soul who ever stepped into this space with care.

Lichtheim will no longer be active, and with its farewell, all pending requests and activities will come to a natural close. The house will remain—but only as a memory of light once held. Thank you for walking beside us, for warming the space with your presence, for helping this home become what it was meant to be.

Dear Lichies, as this note is being delivered, we are entering a season of pause—a little break for pause and reflection, to realign our steps as a family. We have laughed and told stories and shared dreams and been quietly together all of these months past. As we recede for a spell, we bear your kindness; the kindness floats up, away, like gentle lanterns in the dark.

We will not be picking up SFS and HFW requests during this resting time. Pledges made prior to this announcement will still be accepted and honored.

What do we even call this hangout between Finch’s Naravit and his gang, Finch-friends? Not a full crew, but nevermind— Lichtheim's Wayar, Volkovich’s Karina, Norbury’s Giselle, and Swift’s Carmen more than enough to make the day feel fun, especially after such a long didn't meet them. Honestly, what’s better than a day full of laughter, dumb inside jokes, and arguing about where to eat? (We took 30 minutes to decide, lmao).
