VIDEO | Israeli President Isaac Herzog addressed an international summit in Baku, Azerbaijan, on Thursday morning, prompting several delegations to walk out as he began his speech.

Representatives from Iran, Turkiye, Kuwait, Pakistan and the Palestinian Authority stood up and exited the hall as soon as Herzog took the podium.

Qatar’s Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, however, remained seated throughout the address, listening to the Israeli president’s speech from beginning to end.
