❗️Self-imposed Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa arrived in Riyadh for talks with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, SANA reports. Sharaa was received upon arrival by Riyadh Governor Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz.

SANA did not provide details on the agenda of the meeting. Sharaa last met bin Salman in Jeddah on 21 April, when the two discussed bilateral relations and regional developments, while the pair held their most recent phone call on 30 July to discuss bilateral cooperation.
