New TVM features will be temporarily disabled today at 13:00 UTC for network upgrade, it will be enabled back on November 6th or earlier.

New TVM features are back onchain.
We expect to disable them once again for one day, upgrade the testnet, and enable them back again in coming days.
It will be announced later.

New TVM features are temporarily disabled for BLS gas prices adjustment, it will be enabled back after network upgrade.

It is recommended to upgrade to the recent OS: Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 10+, MacOS 10.5+.
If you are not using MTC and build node manually, install dev versions of libsodium, libsecp256k1; recursively pull git submodules git submodule update --init --recursive
