Please upgrade testnet validators and liteservers to the latest commit in testnet branch (049ed0c).
It is recommended to upgrade to the recent OS: Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 10+, MacOS 10.5+.
If you are not using MTC and build node manually, install dev versions of libsodium, libsecp256k1; recursively pull git submodules git submodule update --init --recursive
