Spain: Migrant and anti-racist groups march in Madrid under the slogan “Let’s Decolonize: October 12, Nothing to Celebrate”

🇪🇸 Various migrant, anti-racist, and cultural resistance organizations took to the streets on October 12 in Madrid under the slogan “Rebellion and healing, against centuries of oppression,” calling for a critical reexamination of colonial history and social rights.

✊ The march set off from Parque de las Lavanderas, in the Acacias neighborhood, and traveled along major thoroughfares such as Ronda de Valencia and Atocha to Plaza Juan Goytisolo, across from the Reina Sofía Museum, culminating in musical performances and dance shows.
