🇵🇦 Intense geological activity shows no signs of letting up in Panama. The Institute of Geosciences at the University of Panama recorded a new and powerful preliminary aftershock with a magnitude of 6.1, located 19 kilometers northeast of the town of Tonosí, which occurred at exactly 1:22 p.m. (local time). The earthquake, which originated at a shallow depth of 10 kilometers, has put Central American authorities and emergency response agencies on high alert.
