Spain: A Minute of Silence Was Observed for Maricarmen Abascal

🇪🇸 A minute of silence was observed in honor of Maricarmen Abascal, a housing activist, and Olga Matute, a 54-year-old resident who took her own life after being evicted. The event took place in several cities across Spain and was organized by the Comisiones Obreras (CC.OO.) and Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT) labor unions.
