New service notification when creating managed bots.
If you don’t have Telegram Premium, you can create up to 20 bots total — regular ones and managed combined. If you do have Telegram Premium, the limit is 40.

If you’ve hit the limit, you’ll see a notice telling you to delete one of your bots in @BotFather.

Also, by default, the option to create managed bots will be disabled.
