🔥 In the new Telegram Beta for Android v13.0.3 (7179), you can now convert a recorded voice message into text and send it to another user. To do this, tap the Aa button next to the pause button.
You can also choose whether to send the original voice message or its text version.

In the experimental settings, you can also enable a new voice recorder that uses RNNoise to remove background noise before encoding the audio into Opus format. However, noise suppression may affect the recording quality of music or very quiet speech.

!!! UPD: This feature has been removed. It was a temporary experiment by one of the developers, available only in the Beta version. However, the experimental improvements to voice message recording are still available.
