Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism

Tourism has always evolved through innovation, and Artificial Intelligence is set to become its next major transformation. World Tourism Day 2026 will explore how AI can help create smarter, more inclusive and sustainable tourism by enhancing decision-making, strengthening skills, and improving the way destinations are experienced and managed.

سوگیری bias مثبت/خوش‌بینانهٔ غیرناقدانه به گردشگری و هوش مصنوعی، مشکل‌آفرین است. باید دیدِ متعادل داشت، نقاط مثبت و منفی را کنار هم دید و گفت. متأسفانه حتی در سطح سازمان جهانی گردشگری به نقاط منفی کمتر توجه می‌شود؛ مثلاً در پاراگراف فوق حتی یک کلمه در خصوص تهدیدات هوش مصنوعی نوشته نشده. از یک آژانس سازمان ملل که نماد خرد مشترک بشریت در عرصۀ قدرت و حکمرانی است، انتظار دید متعادل و جامع‌تر می‌رود.
