🇺🇸⚡️ — President Trump wants to transform part of his West Palm Beach golf club into a permanent presidential retreat modeled on Camp David, WaPo reports.

The proposal would give the federal government part of the county-owned property, with Trump paying for a presidential residence and facilities for future presidents and foreign leaders.

The site would host international summits and presidential vacations, while the private club would continue operating and future presidents would receive free memberships.

Palm Beach County is considering the plan, which Trump’s representatives say would be completed after he leaves office.

A White House official called the planned facilities “world-class.” A name has not yet been chosen.
