🇺🇸🇯🇴⚡️ — A key member of the ShinyHunters hacking group has been detained in Jordan and is cooperating with the FBI to identify other members of the group after they stole data on every FBI employee, according to Reuters.
Saif al-Din Khader, known online as “Rey,” was detained by Jordanian authorities on Tuesday. He is providing investigators access to his electronic devices and communications to help locate fellow hackers.
The group has shown signs of disruption since Khader’s detention, with its communication account becoming unreachable and its dark-web website disappearing.
