Copilot tricked into revealing a one-click data theft flaw

Microsoft Copilot Personal exposed an undocumented URL mechanism that researchers used to run attacker-supplied prompts without user confirmation. Office metadata can expose more than users see—clean it before sharing

A Microsoft Office file can reveal its author, revision history, internal project details, comments, or hidden content even when the visible document looks finished. For system administrators, the practical risk is greatest when Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files leave the organization—especially documents generated or managed through SharePoint and Microsoft 365 workflows.

Claude Code’s /design command turns terminal prompts into UI mockups

Anthropic is testing a new `/design` command in Claude Code that lets developers create and refine UI mockups without leaving the terminal or desktop app. Claude generates several editable artboards, adapts them to the project’s existing visual style, and can then use the selected design as a starting point for implementation.
