Windows 11 tests a faster, customizable File Explorer context menu

Microsoft is rolling out a redesigned File Explorer context menu to Windows Insiders that opens faster, removes clutter, and lets users control both built-in commands and third-party app extensions. The update is available in preview build 29648.1000 and is part of a broader effort to make File Explorer more responsive and reliable.
