PRMD: Promomed has registered a localized version of Trikafta for patients with cystic fibrosis, a rare disease. The current market for such drugs, valued at 22 billion rubles in the first nine months of 2026, includes only the original and Argentine generic, Trilexa. Promomed's product is not expected to enter the market before 2028 due to existing patent protections.
