Russia's budget deficit reached 5.2 trillion rubles in January-September, the Russian Ministry of Finance said, while non-oil and gas federal budget revenues rose 18.8% to 24.2 trillion rubles during the same period. The ministry stated it aims to address the expanded 2026 budget deficit "primarily" without relying on loans.
