Russia increased diesel supplies to Central Asian countries in September amid a surplus in the domestic market, according to Reuters. Central Asia's imports of Russian diesel rose by 19% in September compared to August as supply exceeded demand. Earlier reports indicated that the export ban on diesel fuel for certain Russian companies could be lifted in October, Reuters reported.
