Today, the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed what we all knew: the Colorado Supreme Court engaged in a purely partisan attack against the frontrunner for the Republican presidential primary.

States engaging in the same activist, undemocratic behaviors should take notice and leave it to the American people to decide who will be president.

REMINDER: President Biden traveled over 1,700 miles for a photo op at the border in a weak attempt to convince Americans he’s trying to address the catastrophe he created.

He could have done more to secure the border with the simple stroke of a pen.

President Biden’s election-year shift, coming on the heels of multiple violent crimes by illegals his own administration released, won’t convince Americans he is serious about border security. The fact that it's taken more than three years to do anything to confront dangerous sanctuary cities should show everyone the President is grasping at straws to cover up his border catastrophe.

If the President is serious about securing the border, he should use his executive authority to make immediate changes to the border, deter illegals from coming, and stop the mass release of illegals into our country.

In less than a week, there have been 4 vicious attacks against innocent young Americans, all committed by illegal immigrants. We are sickened by these tragedies and praying for the victims and their families.

It is clear to all that President Biden’s policies are directly to blame for this ongoing catastrophe, as his administration has RELEASED en masse illegals and dangerous criminals into our country.

On Friday, I met with community leaders in the Shreveport-Bossier area to hear the concerns on their hearts and minds. Unsurprisingly, the top concern was the catastrophe at the southern border.

I have been all across the country in the last week - from the West Coast to Long Island down to the Deep South - and everyone is saying the same thing: border, border, border.

It’s the number one issue for Americans and the number one issue for House Republicans.

I enjoyed my visit yesterday in Mansfield, LA, at one of the many natural gas drilling sites in my district. Chesapeake Energy does extraordinary work producing clean, efficient LNG, which is critical to our nation’s economy and security, and to our allies around the world.

Incredibly, instead of embracing domestic oil and gas production, the Biden Administration has ATTACKED it. House Republicans will continue to do everything we can to support this critical industry and the hardworking men and women who supply America’s energy needs.

The Biden Administration has failed America by failing to secure our border.
