Montenegro detains Telegram channel 'Rybar' admin
Mikhail Zvinchuk, author and administrator of the pro-Russian military Telegram channel Rybar, was detained in Montenegro today.
The arrest was confirmed by Montenegrin national newspapers. The Russian Foreign Ministry announced it is actively working on the case to secure his release.
