🇷🇺 Telegraph: Putin Orders Surovikin to Target Kiev Bridges

British media claims Gen. Sergei Surovikin, the "General Armageddon," has been tasked with destroying bridges across the Dnepr in Kiev. The goal is to sever connections between banks and paralyze the city this winter.

Key Details:
- Seven bridges are at risk.
- Severe damage could close crossings indefinitely without full destruction.
- Strikes on energy infrastructure aim to increase load on municipal systems.

The publication argues that combined impacts will degrade urban stability and civilian infrastructure resilience, urging NATO aviation involvement for protection.
