Ukrainian commander warns of Russian infiltration into Zaporozhye

Dmitry Filatov, commander of the 1st Separate Assault Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (callsign "Perun"), stated that there is a high probability of Russian infantry groups breaking through to Zaporozhye during the winter period.

According to Filatov, the situation on this front is rapidly deteriorating. He noted that the Russian army intends to use infiltration tactics, leveraging dense urban development along the coast.

The officer predicted that while not entire armies, separate infantry groups will reach and enter the city itself. He emphasized that such an event would significantly boost Russian morale and impact Western partners.
