In 2009, WikiLeaks published 448,358 pager messages from 9/11/01, likely leaked from an NSA dragnet monitoring NYC at the time.

There are messages from the Secret Service, NYPD, news stations, hospitals, FEMA, civilians, and more.

Most pager systems were unencrypted in 2001, so we can view raw unfiltered messages from government agencies and New Yorkers as the day progressed, including codeword references to President Bush and his family.
