https://claimtoken.script.tv/As we're closing in to our launch, we need to share information regarding Know-your-customer (KYC). In light of recent changes in the industry, we are obligated to perform this process on those who purchased from
presale.script.tv and were a part of either Alpha or Community round. Here are instructions on how to perform it.
In order to be able to claim you would need to go through the verification which is performed via our partner Ondato. Once verified, you can claim tokens on the day of listing which is on the 20th December 2023 at 10.10am UTC . You will NOT be able to claim the tokens before hand. Once process has started, it is important to follow it all the way through and not close any windows or more importantly switch tabs on your cell phone. It is also important that you enter the correct details, otherwise the process will most likely fail and might then require a manual procedure which during launch time will lead to longer lead times. Also, please allow popups before you initiate it to ensure a smooth experience and as you need to have your phone nearby, it might be a good idea to also have a proof of address in PDF format saved on your phone so that you can easily attach it. Please note that if you have a nationality from a country that is sanctioned/embargoed and/or were we would be subject to respective countries regulations (North Korea, Iran, U.S., Syria, Cuba, Russia, Southern Ukraine, Venezuela, Myanmar) the KYC process will automatically fail and you will need to open up a support ticket in discord to process a refund. During launch you can expect longer lead times however, our goal is to have all refunds processed at least 30 days after submitting a ticket.
