Requirements: ( 4 ) Candidates

Job Responsibility:

1. Making outbound calls.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate game or services.
4. Persuade customer to deposit in the website.
5. Update customer database information.
6. Educate customers about product features and benefits.
7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on telemarketing activities.

Qualification:

1. Male or Female ages from 21 to 40 years old. Must be Indian nationality .
2. Can to speak Hindi,Bengali,Marathi, Telugu, and English.
3. With 2 year Sales experience ,BPO background or online gaming is preferable
4. Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
5. Good attitude and team player.
6. Must be willing to work long hours.

Requirements: (1) Candidates

1. Customer data management
2. Customer Interaction Tracking.
3. Customer Service and Support
4. Analyze support data to identify common issues and improve customer processes.
5. Facilitate collaboration between marketing or customer service teams by providing a unified customer information.
6. Use data and analytic to gain insights into customer trends and preferences.




Qualification:
