岗位需求：

岗位职责：
"1. 依据员工宿舍的需求，调研市场，并与采购部一同落实房屋租赁；
2. 负责员工宿舍综合事务，保障公司员工的正常生活需求，确保宿舍整洁达标，定期缴付电水网费；
3. 根据员工宿舍整体需求，月度整理后勤采购计划；
4. 安排员工入住职员宿舍，员工生活物资发放，及时处理员工宿舍问题，与房东，物业，中介等保持良好关系；
5. 维护员工宿舍物资家具等情况，根据需求及情况布置对接维修需求；
6. 负责后勤账目管理及后勤数据管理；
7. 建立和完善后勤制度，管理后勤外籍员工，如保姆、维修工等，落实考核力度，提高服务质量；
8. 上级安排的其他事务。
1. Survey the market based on the needs of employee dormitories and work with the purchasing department to arrange house rentals.
2. Oversee comprehensive dormitory affairs to ensure the normal living needs of company employees, maintain cleanliness standards, and regularly pay for utilities such as electricity, water, and internet fees.
3. Organize monthly logistics procurement plans according to the overall needs of the employee dormitories.
4. Arrange for employees to move into staff dormitories, distribute living supplies, promptly address dormitory issues, and maintain good relationships with landlords, property managers, and agents.
5. Monitor the condition of dormitory furnishings and materials, and coordinate repair needs based on requirements and situations.
6.Logistics Account Management: Manage logistics-related accounts and data.
7. Establish and improve logistics systems, manage foreign logistics staff (e.g., housekeepers, maintenance workers), enforce assessments, and enhance service quality.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors"
