Product Specialist

Full-time/Company: Koinly

Koinly builds software to help crypto investors stay compliant with taxes and track investments. Launched in 2019, the product serves over 2M users and focuses on accuracy with a small, autonomous team.

Applicants must be able to overlap with UK/European time zones.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate complex user cases and resolve support tickets.
- Turn user insights into product opportunities with Product and Engineering.
- Investigate transaction and portfolio discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- QA new features and fixes, catching bugs before release.
- Improve workflows using AI and automation to streamline processes.

Requirements:

- Crypto-native: hands-on experience with wallets, exchanges, DEXs, staking, NFTs, DeFi and LPs.
- Comfortable using block explorers (e.g. Ethereum, Solana) to investigate on-chain activity.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills; able to find root causes across data sources.
- Meticulous with a high bar for QA and testing.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning technical tools.
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
- Self-starter who collaborates across Product, Engineering and Support; experienced using AI to improve workflows.

Nice to have:

- Strong understanding of APIs and data flows between systems.
- Programming or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with blockchain development concepts and on-chain data structures.
- Experience with Jira.
