Crypto Fund Operations Manager

Re7 is a global cryptoasset investment firm operating innovative investment strategies supported by proprietary data infrastructure and deep domain expertise. The team combines experience in institutional finance, crypto-native markets, and advanced research & analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Manage fund valuation and month-end processes, liaising with fund administrators and portfolio teams
- Deliver price updates for tokenised funds and source pricing for illiquid/complex assets
- Implement tooling, automation, reconciliation routines and data quality controls
- Coordinate fund audits and maintain fund administrator oversight and valuation governance
- Support new fund & strategy launches, account openings and counterparty due diligence
- Maintain and evolve operational risk frameworks, incident reporting and third-party risk assessments
- Define and drive consistency/automation in stakeholder reporting, including tokenised/on-chain integrations

Requirements:

- 5+ years operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, with at least 2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration
- Self-starter with strong ownership, highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in change management and continuous process improvement
- Calm under pressure, pragmatic, dependable and high integrity
