Crypto Fund Operations Manager

Re7 is a global cryptoasset investment firm operating a range of innovative investment strategies, supported by proprietary data infrastructure and deep domain expertise. The team combines experience in institutional finance, crypto-native markets, and advanced research & analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Manage fund valuation, month-end close and investor reporting in coordination with fund administrators and portfolio teams
- Implement and improve tooling, automation, data quality controls and reconciliation routines for valuations
- Oversee tokenised fund reporting, on-chain transparency and integrations with smart contracts
- Lead fund launches, counterparty onboarding, account openings (exchanges, smart wallets) and audit coordination
- Maintain operational risk frameworks, third-party risk assessments and incident/root-cause analysis
- Coordinate client onboarding (AML/KYC), subscription/redemption flows and stakeholder reporting

Requirements:

- 5+ years operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, with ≥2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration
- Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, adaptable and pragmatic with a structured, process-driven approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in change management and driving process improvements
