Crypto Fund Operations Manager

Re7 is a global cryptoasset investment firm operating a range of innovative investment strategies, supported by proprietary data infrastructure and deep domain expertise. The team combines experience in institutional finance, crypto-native markets, and advanced research & analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Manage fund valuation and month-end processes in collaboration with fund administrators and portfolio teams
- Identify and implement process improvements through tooling, automation, and procedural upgrades; maintain data quality controls and reconciliations
- Coordinate fund audits and oversee tokenised reporting integrations and on-chain data transparency
- Oversee client onboarding, AML/KYC coordination, and subscription/redemption flows
- Maintain and evolve operational risk frameworks, perform third-party risk assessments, and manage incident reporting
- Support financial management including group-wide reporting, liquidity and P&L dashboards, and sales commission tracking
- Plan and execute new fund & strategy launches; manage relationships/accounts with exchanges, smart wallets, and counterparties

Requirements:

- 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, with at least 2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration
- Self-starter with high ownership, able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised, adaptable, structured and process-driven with demonstrated change management success
- Calm under pressure, pragmatic, dependable, with high integrity
